The Hofvijver lies in the heart of the city, right next door to the Parliament Building and the Prime Minister’s Office.

This is one of the oldest parts of The Hague, where the foundations were first laid by the Counts of Holland when they settled here in the fourteenth century. The lake’s charm makes it a favourite setting for a host of activities.
